MAXI PLUS automatic folding machines are the most powerful machines in their class on the market. The successful Maxi type reinforced construction allows the folding capacity to be increased with material thickness from 2mm to 8mm and material length from 2m to 5m.

High clamping forces are provided by a pair of trapezoidal bolts, double drive of the folding beam, quality tools (force up to 1100 N/mm2) and DUO system, providing the machine with high flexibility. In lengths from 4 metres, the machine is standardly equipped with a pair of foot pedals.

When dealing with long and heavy boards, a motorized back gauge can be conveniently used, which forces the material into folding and allows you to operate the machine with just one operator.

The machine allows a high aperture (up to 350 mm). The machines are equipped with tools (cutters and blades) made of high-strength steel (1100 N/mm2). The DUO version provides a wide range of capabilities and the convenient control system increases flexibility and productivity. It is suitable for folding various kinds of thick materials, especially stainless steel products.
