Product description

The air from the compressor circulating through the grille contains solid particles and impurities, water from the relative humidity of the suction air, and burnt oil from the compressor. All these impurities combined with compressed air reach the vital parts of the tools causing oxidation and premature wear.

For these reasons, it is necessary to remove impurities by means of the filter, bearing in mind that maximum performance must be obtained with minimum pressure loss. SAGOLA filtration systems ensure maximum air quality and minimal pressure loss throughout the line.

The 5300X PLUS provides the maximum level of filtration in spray booths and paint lines with high air demand. Ideal for waterborne coatings and where organic vapors in the mesh are a problem.

An 8-micron sintered copper pre-filtration was incorporated, followed by a 0.01-micron combined filter and final filtration by a wide-surface activated charcoal filter. In addition to water and impurities, this process removes organic vapors and stale air.
